Tasks included jack hammering 6” elevated slab at entrance 7’x12’, pour new concrete in removal area, lay custom tile in entrance, remove load bearing wall and install header, raise header into an arch. Jeff Bonn: Observatory Deck. Tasks included: build elevated deck 12’ high, posts were 12x12 rough sawn, floor joist were 6x8 rough sawn, install flooring on deck, build custom bench with built in fridge, install electric on deck, install handrail and spiral staircase, rope lighting on switch, custom copper rain gutter, copper drip edge around deck. Nick Salerno: Carport Garage Conversion. Tasks included installing plexy glass on openings, install screen wrapped with 1x1 lumber in opening above roof trusses, build block walls on each side of opening to install 16’ garage door, frame in top of opening for correct height, stucco outside, install garage door. Cost of Project: $8,500.00 Time of Completion: 2 Weeks. Location: Carefree
Mike Walton: Addition to garage. Tasks included building from ground up an addition 20’x40’, installation of steel siding, install three window, make and install two swinging doors. Cost of Project $7,500.00. Time of Completion: 4 days. Location: Cave Creek
Jack Batty: Water Damage Restoration. Customer had flood in lower part of House. Tasks included removal of 800 square feet of wood floor, rip drywall 2’ up in 1200 square feet of house, install and finish drywall, lay tile in 1200 square feet of house, saw cut concrete and install drain outside where water came from, remove load bearing wall and install header, install custom oak beam 8”x6”x20’, install laundry shoot. Cost of Project: $7,500.00. Time of Completion: 5 days. Location: Mesa

Lone Mountain Builders. Custom Work Tasks included installing 5000 square feet of hand scraped hickory wood floor, building custom mantle over fire place, building and installing custom book shelving. Cost of Project: $35,000.00 Time of completion: 2 months. Location: Paradise Valley

- Conference Room: Tasks included removal of fencing, frame walls with meal studs, build divider wall 18’ high, install data and electric, drywall and finish, acoustical ceiling, add HVAC unit on top of building, add ducting from AC unit to Training room, paint, install drop electric projector screen, install oak band around perimeter, relocate sprinkler heads, install two new wood doors and locks, install carpet with border around edge, cut new access into block wall for sensitive storage area, install doors in new sensitive storage area. Cost of Project: $94,495. Time of Completion: 18 days.
- Secure Storage Area: Tasks included building fence enclosure around an 16’x12’ area, frame top and secure posts to roof, install fabric on roof, install 8’ sliding gate, customer supplied materials. Cost of Project: $2415.00. Time to Completion: 3 days.
- Vent Hood in Bakery: Tasks included remove section of ceiling grid, cut access hole in roof, supply electric for vent hood, install 5x5 vent hood, install 5’x8’ quilted stainless backsplash, install stainless duct. Cost of Project: $25,800. Time of Completion: 4 days.

Atomic 29: Tenant Improvement: General Contractor on complete gut and remodel of restaurant. Tasks included remodel men’s and women’s restrooms, build beer keg cooler, build out interior walls, paint interior and exterior of building, new lighting, new duct work, stain floors, build bar and back bar, install fence around patio, install all interior decor.
